Bus Service to the Evergreen Fairgrounds

The easiest way to get to the Evergeen State Fair is on the bus!
Community Transit Routes 270, 271 and 275 will serve a special stop near the west entrance of the Evergreen State Fair as usual this year. The fair runs Aug. 25-Sept. 5, however Community Transit does not operate on Sundays or Labor Day.

Routes 270, 271 and 275 provide service between Everett and Monroe every 30 to 60 minutes from early morning before the fair opens until after 10 p.m. weekdays. On Saturdays, the last trip westbound from the fairgrounds to Everett leaves at 7:38 p.m. and the last trip eastbound to Monroe, Sultan and Gold Bar leaves at 9:25 p.m.

Bus Fares & Passes

Taking the bus to the fairgrounds is cheaper than a funnel cake - and less fattening, too! Click here for information on bus fares.

If you are planning to transfer between buses, the best value is to use an ORCA card, which will carry the value of your first trip on subsequent buses for up to two hours. Community Transit no longer issues paper transfers, so cash-paying customers will need to pay full fare for each bus they board. ORCA cards may be purchased online at www.orcacard.com and at Everett Station.
