Everett Transit: Route 18 serves Mukilteo and downtown Everett, including the multimodal Everett Station transit hub. Route 70 provides commuter service to Everett Boeing.
Sound Transit: Sounder commuter trains provide service from Everett to Seattle with stops in Mukilteo and Edmonds. Mukilteo Station is located at 920 First Street, northeast of the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal.
Washington State Ferries: Mukilteo-Clinton route.
Island Transit: Provides free service from the Clinton Ferry Terminal on Whidbey Island.
Whether you’re going to Mukilteo to catch a ferry or leaving Mukilteo to head to work or school, public transportation can get you there.
Buses stop just uphill from the Mukilteo Ferry dock, adjacent to Lighthouse Park on Highway 525. Mukilteo is the state’s second busiest ferry terminal, but walk-on passengers never have to wait for the next boat. Vanpools and registered carpools also get loading priority.
Route 113: Mukilteo to Lynnwood Transit Center, with service to Harbour Pointe, Alderwood mall and connections to Swift bus rapid transit at 148th Street & Highway 99. Route 113 runs every 20 to 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes at night Monday through Saturday.
Route 190: Mukilteo to Edmonds Community College via Meadowdale. This weekday service is especially great if you are a student or staff member with an EdPass bus sticker.
Route 417: Mukilteo to Downtown Seattle via Mukilteo Speedway. This express route gets you downtown in an hour, saving commuters money on parking and gas and often saving time as well.
Route 880: Mukilteo to University District via Mukilteo Speedway and 164th Street. This express route loops the University of Washington campus, with a stop near the UW Medical Center as well. Mukilteo has been part of Community Transit's service area since 1979.
Community Transit does not have service on Sundays.
