RideStore

The Community Transit RideStore is located in the heart of our system at the Lynnwood Transit Center (map). The RideStore offers in-person customer assistance and important services:

Transit customers can purchase ORCA cards, get Regional Reduced Fare Permits and find answers to transit questions at two primary locations in Snohomish County:

A ticket vending machine located between the train platform and the Swift station sells adult ORCA cards and revalues adult, youth or reduced fare cards. The machine accepts cash, VISA or Mastercard and is available at all hours when buses or trains are operating. Another machine is located inside the station building for ORCA and Sounder train ticket sales.

Retail Outlets

Once you have an ORCA card, you can load a pass or add E-purse value at any of the retail locations listed below. New adult cards can be purchased at Sounder ticket vending machine locations, marked with *. For more information on how to get your first youth, reduced fare or adult card, click here.
