
All Community Transit routes will operate on regular schedules on Veterans Day Nov. 11.
Community Transit will operate on Sunday schedules on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27. Customer Service phones and the RideStore will be closed.
The day after Thanksgiving, Community Transit local routes will operate on regular schedules. Boeing service is cancelled, though early morning trips on Route 277 will operate as far as Everett Station.
University District service will be reduced on Friday, Nov. 28 – only Route 855 from Lynnwood will operate. Commuter routes to Seattle will also have reduced schedules – trips marked with an “H” in the schedule will not run. Note that the afternoon tree lighting at Westlake may cause delays in Seattle that day.
Due to high ridership and unexpectedly high demand, Community Transit is already running low on Bus Plus schedule books. Please hold on to your personal copy and leave additional books for new customers.

Swamp Creek Park & Ride at 164th Street is less than 1 mile west of the crowded Ash Way lot. On Wednesday, Nov. 12 from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., Community Transit staff will be at Swamp Creek to help riders “Make Transit Work for You.” Enter to win a free monthly bus pass or an iPod.

Come to a community meeting to learn more about Swift bus rapid transit on Hwy. 99 and Evergreen Way. Construction of Swift bus stop stations is due to start next month. Diesel-electric Swift buses will begin operating on the route late next fall.
