Stanwood Soap Box Derby Reroute, June

On June 16, the Stanwood Camano Island Soap Box Derby will close much of 276th St NW in Stanwood.
Route 240 buses will not serve the stops on 276th St NW, the Senior Center or 72nd Ave NW north of 272nd St NW.
Plan to board your bus at the regular bus stop on southbound 72nd Ave NW, immediately south of 272nd Street NW. Passengers coming from Smokey Point, Warm Beach or downtown Stanwood can board at the Island Transit stop on westbound 272nd St NW, across from the high school.
