Route 280 Reroute - Lundeen Pkwy

The Vernon Road/N Davies roundabout reroute via SR 9 is still in effect.
Two temporary stops have been added. They are on southbound Hwy 9, immediately south of Lundeen Parkway (served by westbound Route 280, from Lake Stevens to Everett), and eastbound Lundeen Parkway, immediately east of Hwy 9 (served by eastbound Route 280, from Everett to downtown Lake Stevens).
